According to a post on International Business Times, the "Independence Day Pack" is expected to be available in time for the celebration of the Independence Day in the US on July 4.  

The leak came from DomisLive, also known as Dom, who is a popular GTA 5 tipster. Accordingly, Rockstar will be releasing the Independence Day DLC, which is rumored to bring in new vehicles like ATVs and the attack helicopters. New sets of clothing might also be included in the upcoming DLC.
