'Transformation Queens' 2NE1, Yearly Style Evolution

With every comeback, 2NE1 has always brought back shocking styles. Fans are anticipating this summer's comeback to be crazier than ever before.

2NE1 will be coming back on July 5 with their new song, "I Love You." This will be their comeback after one year. Their released teaser images show off a sexy and charismatic vibe.
In 2009, they brought out the song, "Lollipop," which gave off a lovely yet cute image. 2NE1 member, Dara became an issue because of her unique hairstyle. Many celebrities copied her hairstyle and used it in many parodies. During 2NE1's debut, their crazy outfits were not seen as cheesy but rather cool and fashionable.
Also in 2009, they came out with their song, "Fire" which showed off their amazing vocals and unique outfits. 2NE1's member Park Bom drew attention due to her mini skirt outfit's that showed off her great legs.
In July of 2009, they came out with "I Don't Care" which showed off a different image. Instead of their usual colorful outfits they wore all black and gave off a chic look. Dara's hairstyle again gained much attention through this song.
Other songs such as "Follow Me" gained popularity with their shoulder pad outfits and charisma. They also showed off their casual wear on their Mnet show, "2NE1 TV."
This year's comeback stage will show off their sexiest charisma. Dara's hairstyle is gaining attention because of it's unique style. She has long hair on one side while the other side is shaved off.
In an interview with 2NE1, Dara commented, "This album concept will be more sexy. This will be the most 'sexy' we've been since our debut."
2NE1 member Minzy also commented, "We are busy practicing for our new album. As much as our fans have been waiting, we will work hard to bring our best performance."
2NE1 will be coming back on July 5 with their song, "I Love You" and performing on stage on SBSB "Inkigayo" on July 8.
