Group Block B Successfully Completes U.S. 3 City Showcase

Group Block B has officially made their U.S. debut with a round of successful performances.

The idol group held their U.S. showcase last month, traveling to New York, Washington D.C. and Miami.

Their performance in Miami brought on quite a bit of media attention, as it was the first time a Korean artist performed in Miami. With 95% of the crowd being foreigners, the group still received an overwhelming amount of applause and support from the audience.

"We had no idea that we would receive this much support and love in the states. We love and thank all the fans that came out to supports us and am also honored to have been the first Korean artist to perform in Miami," stated the members of Block B.

The group received positive responses during their performance in New York at Theatre at Westbury as well, according to the publication Inquirer.net.

"We recently had our first solo concert in Korea, too. We never expected to receive such a heated response from New York," stated Block B's leader, Zico.

The seven-member boy group, which consists of members Zico, Lee Taeil, B-Bomb, Ahn Jaehyo, U-Kwon, Park Hyung and P.O, will be heading to Taiwan to meet with fans soon.

The K-pop group is also set to make a full-scale comeback in Korea in July as well.

"Currently, Block B is in America for their showcase schedule, but after they finish, they will enter Korea near the end of this month and dive into their full-scale comeback preparation. They've grasped a general outline for their comeback," stated a representative from their label, Seven Seasons.

Zico will reportedly be in charge of the overall production for their upcoming mini album.

"It will be a different side to the Block B that exists now. You can look forward to quite a different vibe from their past strong image," added the rep.
