KCON 2014: B1A4 Removed From The Lineup, P1 Combo Tickets Are Sold Out

On July 1, organizers for KCON 2014 announced that WM Entertainment's B1A4 would be removed from the current artist lineup.

Organizers for KCON issued a statement on July 1, which expressed empathy for fans of the group.

A spokesperson for KCON posted a message on their social media which provided an explanation for the lineup change, “Right now we are still working to find a solution so that B1A4 can attend, meanwhile we removed them from our official materials because it would be irresponsible to imply they were coming if we weren't sure -- especially as tickets go on sale.”

U.S. fans of the group, known as BANAS, expressed their disappointment upon hearing this news.

Ticket sales for the two-day concert event began on July 1 with premium P1 combo tickets quickly selling out.

KCON 2014 promises to draw larger audiences than in the past, thanks to the artist lineup which includes top K-Pop artists G-Dragon and Girls' Generation.

Individual (single) day tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster on July 3.

In addition to concert programming, KCON 2014 will feature Korean cultural education sessions, special guest appearances, and engaging panels.

Kpopstarz will be present at KCON 2014, with Adrienne Stanley participating on two panels. Details regarding these panels will be released shortly.
