For all the game techies out there, here are some specs. This portable game controller will feature a quad-core CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 32GB memory card and a 5-inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio. According to GameSpot, it will also have the capabilities to connect to WiFi and 3G support.

A SteamBoy Machine Team rep told the Escapist, "SteamBoy won't be as powerful as other announced Steam Machines in the same way [the] Nintendo 3DS or PS Vita performance is not comparable to Wii U or PlayStation 4, however, it will be possible to play the majority of current games in Steam."

On the Youtube teaser, the Machine Team wrote, "Steamboy lets you take your Steam titles anywhere you want". This was confirmed by the press release that stated that the new portable game controller will be able to play "the majority of current games in Steam".

This new console kept the key features of the classic SteamBoy controller. It features round trackpads and Xbox 360-style A, B, X, and Y buttons with the screen positioned between the two.

"I think people will get shocked by SteamBoy potential and possibilities," SteamBoy Machine Team said in a press release. "SteamBoy is the first device that allows [you] to play Steam games on the go, you will keep playing your favorite games at the bus, the office, the school or the doctor's waiting room."

The new SteamBoy game controller is slated for release in 2015.
