After their previous hit single titled "Lonely", it was announced on July 3rd that B1A4 is going to release their fifth mini album 'SOLO DAY' on July 14th.

For this upcoming album, some of the members are not only singing. They have added more work and responsibility because some of them are composing and producing the songs.

One person that has taken more responsibility is Jinyoung because he composed and wrote the title cover for their album; which is "SOLO DAY." B1A4's agency WM Entertainment stated, "'Solo Day' will be a seasonal song that is perfect for summer in B1A4's style."

With the revealing of their tracklist, some of the members has been releasing their individual teaser photos. So far, the members are CNU, Sandeul, and Jinyoung.

On June 24th, B1A4 announced that they will take a 'Road Trip' later this summer after the release of their fifth mini album.

What B1A4 has done to get fans excited is they released a poster; which shows them looking excited while they pose inside a VW van. The caption for their poster says, "Ready?"

For their upcoming tour, the guys will travel to Taipei, Taiwan and Shanghai, China on the month of August. Then when September rolls in, the guys will attend a show and travel to Manila, Philippines.

On July 1st, it was announced that B1A4 will not be attending KCON 2014 and has been removed from the list of stars that are scheduled to perform there. One spokesperson for KCON posted a message which stated, "Right now we are still working to find a solution so that B1A4 can attend, meanwhile we removed them from our official materials because it would be irresponsible to imply they were coming if we weren't sure -- especially as tickets go on sale."
