Must See Idol TV for July 2014

June was an excellent month for K-Drama comebacks which included A Pink's Eun Ji in the engaging musical drama "Trot Lovers." Fans of Seo In Guk were also provided the opportunity of seeing the solo singer make his K-Drama comeback with the hilarious drama "High School: King of Manners."

July will mark the drama debut of EXO's D.O with the SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama "It's Okay, That's Love." Gong Hyo Jin stars as Ji Hae Soo, a fellow in the psychiatry department who falls in love with mystery writer Jang Jae Yeol.

Playful behind the scenes footage for ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love.’

Jo In Sung portrays Jang Jae Yeol, a writer whose obsessive compulsive disorder leads him to Ji Hae Soo.

D.O appears in "It's Okay, That's Love" in the supporting role of Han Kang Woo, a high school student who wishes to become a successful writer like Jang Hae Soo.

"It's Okay, That's Love" will replace "You're All Surrounded" in the 21:55 time slot beginning July 23.

INFINITE members Woo Hyun and Sung Yeol lead the cast of the upcoming Friday drama "High School: Love On." The teen drama, which was previously scheduled to launch in June, will premiere on July 11.

"High School: Love On" is an adorable supernatural drama which also stars Kim Sae Ron as Lee Seul Bi, an angel who transforms into human form to save a high school student.

In a slightly ironic twist, TVXQ member Yunho will star in a drama that is set to replace Jaejoong's "Triangle" on MBC. "Triangle" will be followed by "Night Watchman's Journal," which stars actor Jung Il Woo, Yunho, Go Sung Hee, and Seo Ye Ji.

"Night Watchman's Journal" is a historic fantasy drama, which focuses on Joseon period guards who were assigned the task of keeping a late night watch to observe for ghosts.

Jung Il Woo portrays Lee Rin, a royal heir who rejects his responsibilities to become one of the night watchmen, after gaining the ability to see ghosts.

Yunho is also a night watchman and a notorious lothario.

"Night Watchman's Journal" will mark Jung Il Woo's K-Drama return, since he wrapped up the weekend family program "Golden Rainbow."

"Night Watchman's Journal" sounds like a mash up between "Game of Thrones" John Snow at the Northern wall with "Ghostbusters." The ghost hunting fun will begin on July 28 on MBC in the 22:00 time slot.
