K-Pop girl group 2NE1 kicked off their "All Or Nothing" tour in Japan over the weekend.

The group was in Japan on June 5-6 for the opening of their first concert in Japan. They performed at the Yokohama Arena, performing for 17,000 fans along with various media outlets.

Japanese newspaper Sankai Sports put the spotlight on the sensational idol group, reporting that the members of 2NE1 shared how happy they were to finally perform in Japan and interact with their fans.

The members were given the chance to interact closely with fans during the course of their concert, even answering questions during the course of their concert. When asked where each of the members would like to travel during their world tour, CL reportedly chose Brazil to fulfill her dream of performing live at a World Cup stadium.

Another publication, Nikkan Sports, praised 2NE1's first solo concert in Japan in two years.

"Let's enjoy ourselves and have fun," 2NE1's leader stated to start off their two-hour performance.

Fellow 2NE1 member Mizzy added, "We're very sorry for making you wait for so long."

2NE1 has already performed in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines as part of their "All Or Nothing" world tour.

The four-member girl group had to deal with some drama before embarking on their tour in Japan due to the controversy surrounding member Park Bom's drug scandal, according to the publication Hellokpop.

Park's scandal surfaced when a Korean media outlet reported that the singer allegedly tried to smuggle 82 pills of amphetamine into South Korea, where it is illegal.

The case was reportedly investigated and suspended four years ago.

The incident has brought on negative responses from Korean Internet users as well as fans. One fan even brought up the fact that Park Bom should've been forced to retire.

"Times have changed too fast. In the past, this would've called for reflection or straight up retirement. Nowadays, large companies can just shield her and take down all of the articles, allowing her to go on world tours without a care for what anyone thinks," wrote the fan.
