Girl Group TAHITI Successfully Finishes Japan 3 City Tour

Girl group TAHITI successfully finished their tour in Japan and returned to Korea on July 7.

The five-member K-pop group began their tour in Osaka on July 4 and continued on to Nagyoa and Tokyo, completing their three-city tour in Japan. Concert tickets for all three cities were sold out.

TAHITI's final Tokyo concert, which was held on July 6, was located at the K-Stage O! and went from 6PM to 9PM due to the fans' enthusiasm to see the members of the group perform.

The idol group performed songs from their 2012 single as well as their third single album throughout the course of their tour. Different events were also held throughout the show, showcasing the different personalities of each of the members.

TAHITI, which currently consists of members Miso, Minjae, Jerry, Jisoo and Ari, debuted back in 2012 under Dream Star Entertainment. The group has been through many changes in terms of their members, with idols Jungbin and Jin noticeably absent from future promotions for TAHITI.

Dream Star Entertainment confirmed in early June that Junbin would not be able to participate in TAHITI's upcoming promotions due to health issues, although they did not clarify whether her absence would be temporary or permanent.

Jin's absence was not officially acknowledged by the members of TAHITI or the management company. However, the member was reportedly not featured in the promotional material, music video or single of their group's latest track, "Oppa, You're Mine."

Dream Star Entertainment announced that they will be adding a new member for TAHITI's future promotions in mid-June, according to Allkpop. The new member that was added was Jerry, who has reportedly been participating in TAHITI's promotions as of late.

"Oppa, You're Mine" was composed by rising producer Dol-I Park, featuring an upbeat tune, perfect for the song's summer release.
