YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk revealed that the original members of 2NE1 will never change. This was because the video that YG revealed of the 'future 2NE1' had been bringing much confusion and misunderstandings.

On the 2nd, Yang Hyun Suk said during the interview with StarNews, "As the video clip of 'future 2NE1' was revealed, some fans have been worrying that the teenagers in the video might replace 2NE1 members in a few years, but that will never happen. I titled the video 'future 2NE1' because I wanted them to become as respectable as current 2NE1 members in the near future."

He continued, "The original members of 2NE1 CL, Sandara Park, Park Bom, and Minzy will be kept. I hope this takes away all the confusions and worries of the fans."
