On the 30th of June, an episode of MBC drama, "Time Slip Dr. Jin" featured Kim Kyung Tak (JYJ member Kim Jaejoong) facing a life or death situation in the process of saving the love of his life, Young Rae (Park Min Young).

Kim Kyung Tak attempts to prove Young Rae's innocence in the episode that was aired on July 1st but after realizing that there is little he can do to change the situation, he asks for help from Young Rae's mother. However, even Young Rae's mother refuses to help and says, "It has nothing to do with me now" and does not want anything to do with it.

Frustrated, Kim Kyung Tak decides to investigate the murder on his own. When Kim Kyung Tak hunts down a woman that his own father had hired, the truth is worse than what he had expected. In order to protect his father and his family name, Kim Kyung Tak murders the woman.

Although he protected the honor of his family name, his father Kim Byung Hee was extremely discontent. After Kim Kyun Tak murdered the woman, Young Rae was freed from captivity. Kim Byung Hee points Kim Kyung Tak's gun at his son's head and orders Kyung Tak to kill himself. Kyung Tak begins to cry and bids farewell and pulls the trigger.

However, the whole scene was a test set up by Kim Byung Hee. Kim Byung Hee had taken out the bullets in the gun beforehand. Instead of death, Kim Kyung Tak becomes lower in rank in the government position as his punishment.
