Another problem with idols and social media?  Recent events have forced 2EYES member Daeun to delete her Instagram account.

EXO's Sehun and 2EYES's Daeun have made no secret of their friendship. The two were seen together at their high school graduation, and Daeun has spoken about their relationship during several interviews. However, because of their friendship, Daeun came under fire and ended up receving many hate messages from fans. Now she has deleted her Instagram because of some of the cruel statements.

This isn't the first time that Daeun had deleted something from her Instagram; Sehun had followed her in the past, leading to some fans to send her angry messages.

There are mixed reports about what happened that led to the vehement hate messages this time, but some fans are saying that Daeun tagged Sehun's personal account.There is no proof of anything at this point, due to the fact that Daeun deleted all of the posts on her account, and the account no longer exists.

This isn't the first time that Daeun's account has been the target of Sehun's passionate fans; she had already once deleted all of her pictures because of angry comments.

While the account and comments have been deleted, there is one screenshot that is floating around that stands out: A user created the username "die_daeun" with a picture of Sehun as the profile image and called Daeun names and told her to die.

While idols are public figures and open to criticism and negative responses from fans and anti-fans, this type of cruel behavior aimed at idols is becomming more and more common. When Girls' Generation's Taeyun and EXO's Baekhyun announced their relationship, many fans took to Instagram to express their hurt and anger. 

Even though many fans were rude to Daeun, #SorryFromThaiEXOFans ended up trending worldwide on Twitter today, showing that not all fans feel the same way.

If fans continue to use SNS to attack idols rather than show support, many more idols may follow Daeun's path and delete their Instagram accounts.
