KARA States: “Music Video Filming Complete!”

Now that the newest member of KARA has been picked, the girl group is preparing to make their comeback.

The idol group recently wrapped up filming for their music video, although an official comeback date has yet to be released.

"KARA finished filming for their music video with director Hang Won Ki at Namyangju City," confirmed DSP Media staff yesterday.

The management agency added, "We're working towards an August comeback, but nothing specific has been set yet."

The idol group's return has been drawing in media attention because of the addition of Youngji, who was the selected candidate from the program "KARA project-KARA The Beginning," according to Yonhap News.

KARA's agency had previously stated that the girls will be making their return to the K-pop scene with producing team, Duble Sidekick, and are preparing to excite fans with a powerful beat and charismatic choreography.

KARA had been working as a three-member group since the departure of its two members, Nicole and Jiyoung, back in January.

20-year-old Heo Young-ji had reportedly been undergoing training by entertainment agencies to become an idol member for quite a while now. She has reportedly been praised for her impeccable dancing and singing skills while preparing to become a member of KARA on the reality program.

"I'm really happy. I'll do my best and try to develop as KARA's new member in order not to cause any trouble to the group," Heo stated during the program.

Under the four-member system, the new and improved KARA will reportedly be focusing on domestic activities before going on a concert tour in Japan in October, according to the group's agency.

Despite former KARA member Nicole's decision to leave for the States to continue her training as an entertainer, she had explained that she hopes for the best for the current members of the girl group.

"Truthfully, many things happened while I was with the members for 7-8 years. Occasionally, it was hard, but I endured and did many things.  All of us equally had a hard time physically and emotionally, but I am so grateful that we always lent our strength to each other.  What each of us does has changed a bit, but let's continue to encourage one another to succeed," Nicole stated during an interview with Sports Chosun earlier this year, according to SBS.com.
