Band CNBLUE Tops Japan Oricon DVD Chart With Documentary, 'NEVER STOP'

CNBLUE has proven itself to be more than just another K-pop boy band.

The group topped the Oricon Chart in Japan on July 16 with their new documentary titled "The Story of CNBLUE NEVER STOP."

The documentary focuses on the process of how CNBLUE came to be the international sensations that they are today. The film gives a snippet of the group's promotions in Japan, their world tour and preparations for their other activities in the past five years.

The documentary, which was directed by Jun Yong Seung, gives a raw, uncut view of the members' lives while they go about their daily obligations as a team.

The DVD was released earlier this year while the documentary was shown in various movie theaters in Japan as well, according to Yahoo Entertainment Singapore.

The members of CNBLUE will continues their concert tour in Beijing on July 19 and in Taiwan on July 26 and 27. The band might also be heading to the Philippines in September, according to the Manila Bulletin.

CNBLUE fan Jahdi Leanillo reportedly took photos of the billboard with the heading "Big Shows at the Big Dome," which listed CNBLUE as one of the acts that are set to perform, tweeting, "I asked the staff in Araneta. He said once the mngt. posted the banner, event is confirmed."

CNBLUE's agency, FNC Entertainment, has yet to make a formal announcement or confirmation regarding this event.

The four-member boy group is so used to touring now that they've changed the way they interact with fans on stage, which has only increased their fan base.

"When we debuted, we focused more on the technical aspects and being the best with our instruments, so we lacked communication with our audience. But as we started to get more relaxed on stage, we got better at it. It really makes a difference in the atmosphere," explained Yong Hwa during the group's interview with MSN Entertainment XIN.
