Mad Men Season 7 Spoilers: Christina Hendricks Wanted More Emmys 2014 Cast Nominations, Says It Has Been An 'Emotional' Final Season

Christina Hendricks is disappointed that more of her fellow cast members from Mad Men haven't been recognized for Emmys 2014 nominations. Christina Hendricks, who has been nominated for the fifth time in the Best Supporting Actress category for her work on 'Mad Men' season 7, wants to know why her pals keep missing out.

"I would have liked to see more of our cast nominated," the 39-year-old told the LA Times. "They've done some of the most exceptional work they've done in this season - especially Elisabeth Moss."

The star was tight-lipped on any Mad Men Season 7 spoilers, not wanting to give anything away to fans who have been eagerly awaiting the final season of the cult favorite. Christina Hendricks was more than happy, however, to speculate on where her sassy character, Joan Harris, would be in 20 years time from the end of the show.

"I think Joan's incredibly powerful, and I think throughout the seasons there's been her strength at work and at running the show - and always looking for love," said Christina. That's where I see her: She's gifted and talented at work and struggling to find someone to love."

We may be able to expect some Mad Men season 7 spoilers soon, as filming has finished on the peek into the world of 1960s advertising. Christina said the cast and crew were all incredibly supportive of each other during the final moments of the show, with people rushing onto the stage after every person's last scene.

"We wrapped up shooting last week - so it's been an incredibly emotional week all around," admitted Christina. I had a little group of people over the other day - I'm already missing them."

Mad Men season 7 spoilers could be on the way for the next few months, as fans wait with bated breath for the second half of the final season. It's set to hit US screens in spring 2015.
