On November 12, aespa Karina became a hot topic among online community users after her photos from childhood to middle and high school spread on the web.

In the post, titled "What's up with aespa Karina's past photos?", the author attached numerous photos of the "Next Level" singer. OP then wrote:

"(Karina) looks simple and pretty as now, but it has a different feeling."

In the released images, Karina is wearing her school uniform. Even before her debut, the "Girls" singer's CG-like beauty is already noticeable, just seeing her small face, forehead, nose and other facial features.

The author of the post then criticized those who wrote malicious comments about Karina's past photos, bringing up her badly taken shots, as well as those who are skeptical about whether her beauty is natural or not.

"It's funny how people are always bringing bad past pictures of her because of their inferiority complex. So I decided to bring her pictures from kindergarten to high school."

Contrary to those people accusing Karina of having plastic surgery, the idol showed visuals that didn't change since she was a child.

People left comments such as:

aespa To Star in First Reality Program in December

In other news, aespa, the girl group to which Karina belongs will reportedly present its first solo reality program since its debut.

According to a report from the Korean media outlet Hankyung on November 14, the team comprised of Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning will drop its first solo reality show through the online video service (OTT) wavve in December.

The shooting is now complete. The quartet is expected to show their candid and unpretentious appearance against the backdrop of major travel destinations in Gangwon-do.

aespa has also cited "reality shooting" several times as an activity they really want to do, so it is expected that the four-member group will be able to unleash their charms differently from when they are on stage.

Fans are also expected to show enthusiastic responses. When the team appeared on MBC's "Point of Omniscient Interfere" in July, there was an explosive response to the easy-going people.

On the other hand, aespa is a girl group belonging to SM Entertainment that debuted in November 2020, and is the representative of the fourth generation who has made mega hits from their debut song "Black Mamba" to "Next Level," "Savage," and "Girls."
