World star SS501 Kim Hyun Joong's 2nd single, HEAT, sold 137,774 copies and hit number one on the Japan Oricon Chart, Single Album Category after just one day of his release.

For this single, popular Japanese group B'z, produced and wrote "HEAT" and "Let's Party." Compared to last year's record with his debut single, KISS KISS/Lucky Guy, which sold 71,812 copies, he has doubled in record sales this year.

On the day of his album release, Kim Hyun Joong held a guerrilla concert at Odeiba Park. Also, on July 14 and 15, he will be holding a live concert at Saitama Super Arena to commemorate his 2nd single.

On July 14, popular Japanese artist Naoto Inti Raymi's collaboration, 'DOUBLE FANTASISTA GREAT ASSIST' will also be attending. On July 15, he will hold a premium event, 'Kim Hyun Joong HEAT 2012' for fans who want to purchase his album.

Also, popular groups 2PM and 2AM's documentary movie, "Beyond the ONEDAY" song, "One Day," also released on the same day and is ranking 5th on the charts.
