KARA won a lawsuit against an advertisement company.

On the 5th, Article 11 of Seoul Eastern District Court rejected the lawsuit formed by the clothing company Real Company, who sued KARA's agency DSP Media with the case that KARA's danger of breaking apart had given their company an image damage.

The court said, "We can't conclude that a celebrity having disputes with their agency has anything to do with their popularity decreasing or their image being damaged. It's also hard to conclude that KARA's dispute with their agency has damaged anything of Real Company", siding with KARA.

Real Company's clothing brand ASK had formed an advertising model contract from this February till July. But Han Seungyeon and 4 other members of KARA declared that their agency had forced them to attend activities that they had not wanted, and said that they want to cancel the contract they formed with their agency.
