Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has barely been announced, and rumors of a Diamond and Pearl remake is already spreading on the web.

Although the long-discussed rumors surrounding a Hoenn remake turned out to be true with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, some fans can't help but mock the latest rumors surrounding Diamond and Pearl.

"The names are going to be Solar Diamond and Lunar Pearl, a spin off of the primary themes of the game, Arceus awakening and blending night into day," said the alleged rumor according to Chicolombia on PokeJungle.

"The game takes place after the events of X and Y, where the mere charging of the ultimate weapon convinced Arceus to purge the Sinnoh region, so that its own weapon could never be utilized. The player must scrounge together the few remaining members of team Galactic and ally with either Primal Dialga or Palkia to stop the impending destruction. Many older Pokemon are receiving new forms or Mega Evolutions, including Staraptor, Luxray, all of the generation four starters, Tentacruel, Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee, Weavile, Spirtomb, and Bronzong, Primal forms for both Dialga and Palkia, and an Original Form for Arceus, this being the form you fight him in."

Given that these rumors are all unfounded, readers of these Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remake rumors can't help but laugh at the information.
