It was revealed on July 24th that f(x) would be ending promotions for their new single, "Red Light," early. The schedule change was prompted by Sulli's decision to take a sudden hiatus from the group.

Sulli reportedly had a severe cold and could not promote with her members while they were performing on music programs.

f(x) fans are disappointed after having waited a year for the group to make their most recent comeback only to suddenly end their promotions.

f(x) made their comeback on July 7th with their third album "Red Light." Promotions have been very successful for the group and last week they won first place on all four of the major music shows.

With the sudden news regarding f(x) ending their promotions, fans are shocked. f(x) only promoted their single for three weeks.

On July 24th, SM Entertainment revealed on f(x)'s homepage:

"Hello.

It's S.M.ENTERTAINMENT.

As we say thank you to the fans who love f(x), we have an announcement to make. [f(x)] member Sulli became mentally and physically exhausted from the continuous, malicious comments and false rumors, and has expressed her wish to take a break from her celebrity activities for the time being.

After careful deliberation and taking her wish into consideration, we will reduce her activities and let her take a break for the time being.

Also, f(x)'s promotions for their 3rd full-length album 'Red Light' ended with their stage on SBS' 'Inkigayo' last week. f(x) will continue on activities with the SMTOWN Seoul concert on August 15 and overseas promotions, as well as individual schedules for the remaining four members Victoria, Amber, Luna, and Krystal.

We regret to inform fans of this news and we ask that you continue to show your support and love for f(x).
Thank you."

In other news, f(x) showed their amazing beauty in a feature spread for 'The Celebrity' magazine.

During the interview, the girls explained how unique their music is. Also, how it makes them stand out amongst the other K-Pop idols.

Victoria said, "Our music has unique concepts and lyrics, so it's not easy. However, it's unique and has a charm that makes you think about it with each listen." After Victoria, Luna said, "I personally really like the lyrics. It's not a love song, and I like that I get to do music that reflects the change in the times."

f(x)'s contract expiration is coming up and fans are worried what will happen to the group. On some f(x) articles and other news media outlets, there has been some comments regarding f(x) and the future of the group once their contract is over. Some of the comments are that they might disband. One user named Kania, tweeted, "To be honest, I'm kind of scared to death that f(x) will disband this year." Kania further wrote, "But deep down inside I know it isn't true, right?" On July 24th, Fantastic tweeted, "Remember those Shinee disbandment rumors two years ago?" Fantastic further wrote, "Shinee pulled through and renewed their contracts. Hopefully f(x) will be fine too." DrunkSehun also tweeted, "Stop spreading that Sulli is leaving f(x). You are all acting as if you want her to leave, and Sulli isn't going anywhere. Don't listen to rumors."

Victoria, is the Goddess of Asia as she made it to the top with 579,298 votes. The polls closed on July 20th and fans congratulated the beauty star. Muliana tweeted on July 20th, "Congratulations Victoria for becoming a 'Goddess of Asia' this year."

Lastly, due to her boyish look, Amber is the one that receives girlfriend rumors over the guys. When it comes to what type of guy Amber looks for, she said, "There are types of guys who, if you look at them, they're very cold," stated Amber when she had a interview with Calvin Chen back in 2011. Amber further said, "But when they laugh and smile, they look really cute. I prefer that kind of guy." Fans have considered Amber partner up with EXO member Kris. Also, they have even considered that Amber can date a female idol; which one candidate is Girl's Day member Minah.
