Oxford acapella group, Out of the Blue’s rendition of Shakira’s ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ and ‘Waka Waka’ was so good that Shakira personally promoted its video on Twitter. Can you just imagine a group of acapella guys freaking out in their rehearsal studio? Since then, Out of the Blue has gotten over 2 million views on their Shakira medley video. Their melodic lips certainly didn’t lie.

The acapella group, comprised of undergraduates from University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University, uploaded their highly choreographed and dramatized version of ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ on July 22. Since then, the video has gone viral and they have been covered by Buzzfeed, Telegraph and more.

In a perfect combination of sass, attitude and Shakira-inspired choreography, the Out of the Blue boys captivated the attention of acapella and Shakira lovers across the world.
