Known for his roles in Boys Over Flower and Playful Kiss, and as the leader of K-Pop boy group SS501, Kim Hyun Joong is the one of the most adored K-Pop idols in Korea. 

In recent years, Kim Hyun Joong has seen even more success as a solo artist with chart-topping releases in both Korea and Japan.

This past week, he was able to connect with his fans across several cities in Japan during his fan meeting tour that ran from August 6-8.  Kim Hyun Joong started his journey in Osaka, then continued on to Nagoya, Sendai, Tokyo, and Fukuoka.

He interacted with his fans, signing autographs and snapping photos. There were also specially made Kim Hyun Joong bracelets given out to attendees.

The fan meeting tour was a precursor to Kim Hyun Joong's Hiroshima concert that was held on August 9.
