SMTOWN's Roster 

This week had a lot of different news coming out of the SMTOWN family concert. Super Junior's leader made his first appearance since his discharge from his military service and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and her confirmed boyfriend EXO's Baekhyun appeared for the first time at the same performance. SM Entertainment's former duo, Fly To The Sky, also returned to the SM stage and performed with current SM artists. 

The SMTOWN concert also gained attention for some noticeable lacks; fans of EXO bemoaned the fact that Kris (Wu Yifan,) withdrew from the group, while fans of both f(x) and SHINee were disappointed that Sulli and Onew didn't appear (Sulli is on hiatus, while Onew is recovering from injuries.) 

Park Bom Appears at Korean performance

Just as SMTOWN's concert welcomed some old faces, Park Bom of 2NE1 made her first public appearance in Korea since her scandal at the AIA Real Life Now Festival. It was revealed several weeks ago that Park Bom had been investigated for smuggling drugs from the United States. The charges were dropped, but the scandal was revealed four years later, leading to concerns that YG Entertainment had too much pull among legal agents of the Korean government. 

Even though there are still the remnants of scandal, Park Bom has been performing throughout Asia, and this seems to imply that she will return to promoting in South Korea. 

Former SM Artists Star In Korean-Chinese Movie Together

Wu Yifan, formerly EXO's Kris, and Han Geng, formerly Super Junior's Hankyung, will be acting in a Chinese-Korean film alongside the actor Joo Won. Many Korean fans were very upset by this, as if the two were teaming up together after leaving the company that trained them. Even so, many fans are also excited to see the two entertainers side by side.
