They have come back to Malaysia again! Alphabat, comprises of 9 members; Beta, Code, Delta, Epsilon, Fie, Gamma, Heta, Iota and Jeta have come back to Malaysia to meet their fans and as it was during Hari Raya season, their showcases are called Alphabat Hari Raya showcase!

During their last visit in April, Alphabat was overwhelmed with attention and reports from major newspapers, radio, TV and social media. All of their showcases were full with fans where their fans followed the tour all the way from Johor Bahru to Ipoh. It was an unseen phenomenon for a new kpop group. Since their last visit, there was an audition for a 10th member, and a final of three Malaysian contestants that were chosen.

So this time, the CEO of Simtong Entertainment (management company of Alphabat) himself have come to Malaysia to have a final audition, and it was held on 10th August 2014 at 1Shamelin Shopping Mall. Three final contestants; Asrul Nor, Spade and Issac wow-ed the crowd with their own performances of singing and dancing. The result of who will be the winner will be announced by the company soon!

They visited 3 cities throughout their tour this time; Ipoh (on 8th August), Melaka (on 9th August) and Kuala Lumpur (on 10th August). We were lucky enough to catch up on their showcases in 2 cities; at Mahkota Parade, Melaka and 1Shamelin Mall, Kuala Lumpur. They had the same songs setlist for both shows plus a game session with lucky fans, and ended all the showcases with photograph and autograph session.

Starting the showcase with Big Bang's song "Tonight," the crowd cheered as the 8 handsome men came up on stage looking ever so handsome in black outfits (they had white outfits for 1Shamelin showcase). One of the members, Epsilon unfortunately hurt his leg while practicing back in Korea for preparation of their comeback, so he was missing on stage for most of the performances.

Asked about their feelings on being back in Malaysia, leader Beta answered, "We were very happy to have showcase at Malaysia. Really excited. We were worried at first that we may not have any fans but it is more than what we expected. We get so many love from fans, and many people recognised and welcomed us. Therefore, we were looking forward for more showcases like this to meet fans and make them happy."

The showcase went on with 2 special performances; a ballad rendition of Sistar's Loving You by Beta, Iota & Delta and also a rap performance by Iota, Jeta & Fie called "Sam Bak Ja" which really heated up the venue.

During one of the ment session, the host asked each of the members 'What is Malaysia to you', and all of them gave various answers such as 'Malaysia is beautiful' (Gamma), 'Malaysia I love you' (Heta), 'Malaysia is Alpha' (Epsilon), 'Malaysia is Alphabat' (Code), 'Malaysia is mine' (Beta), 'Malaysia is me' (Delta), 'Malaysia is my girlfriends' (Fie) and probably the most unique one was Iota's answer: 'Malaysia is like a tie that tightened my neck.'

The show continue with them performing 2 hits songs from their album, AB City and Ttantara and these boys really know how to hyped up the venue and pleased their fans as they went down to the fans to interact with them closer, making all these Alphas crazy!

Before performing their last song, at 1Shamelin Mall, a surprise was held for Epsilon whose birthday just passed (his birthday was on 6^th August). Fans prepared a cake and sang birthday song (both in Korean and English version) as he made his wish and blew out the candles. As for the last song of the showcases, they performed Always with complete 9 members as Epsilon joined in the performance.
