Popular band Jaurim is to represent South Korea at the annual Japanese music festival "Summer Sonic 2012" on August 18-19.

"Summer Sonic 2012" is one of the largest music festivals in Asia which included past performers such as Big Bang and Girls' Generation. Jaurim is to perform as the headline of Rainbow stage.

The Rainbow Stage which Jaurim is to perform at one of the three indoor stages of Makuhari Messe in Chiba that can hold more than 10,000 music fans.

A representative of "Summer Sonic 2012" shared, "Jaurim already debuted in Japan and the group was selected for their music a mix of pop and rock that fits the event."

The music festival also already includes other K-Pop artists including Jang Keun Suk, INFINITE and KOXX., as well as performances from major global acts such as Green Day, Rihanna, Ke$ha and more.
