Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are married! The couple finally tied the knot in a secret ceremony in France.

The wedding everyone has been waiting for has finally happened and it was done in true Pitt-Jolie style: under the radar. According to USA Today, the Associated Press reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie married over the weekend.

A report by the Daily Mail said that the couple arrived in Nice, France on Saturday and that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie got married in their property in Chateua Miraval.

Reports suggested that Jolie walked down the aisle with sons Pax and Maddox in tow. The girls Zahara and Vivienne reportedly were the occasion's flower girls and Shiloh and Knox were the ring bearers.

The couple who said that they will exchange vows "when everyone else in the country" (the US) had the right to get married reportedly applied for a marriage license from a Californian judge prior to their trip to France. The said judge was also believed to be the presider during the nondenominational wedding ceremony.

Pitt and Jolie were engaged in 2012. In the same year, Pitt was asked about their marriage plans but the actor said "the time was nigh."

In an interview with People magazine in May, Jolie described their wedding plans, which was focused mainly on their children.

"We're just waiting for it to be the right time with the kids, with work, when it feels right," the "Malificent" star said. "We talk about it occassionally, and the kids talk about it with us. Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding."

Pitt married Jennifer Aniston in 2000 and they divorced in 2005. This is Jolie's third marriage. She tied the knot with Jonny Lee Miller in the late 90s and they were together for three years. After they separated, she married Billy Bob Thornton, who she ended up divorcing in 2003. Pit and Jolie have been together since 2005.
