Nichkhun is more than just a pretty face and the member of the popular boy band 2PM.

The singer now has his foot in the acting industry, as he is currently filming for the Chinese melodrama "Looking For Aurora," according to the Korean publication Osen.

Nichkun was cast in the drama earlier this summer and is in the final stages of filming after starting production this past June, according to Allkpop. The idol member was also seen attending a press conference for the drama in Shenzhen, China on August 28.

The K-pop sensation has reportedly taken on the role of lawyer Wang Yi Lin. The drama is about the love of a couple and a family who are attempting to find the meaning of life.

Nichkhun has gone beyond his role as a member of the Korean pop industry, even dabbling as a designer by launching his own line of bags. The 2PM member held the showcase for "rosa. KX Nichkhun Collaboration" at the Lotte Hotel World located in Seoul on August 26, according to the publication Star N News.

"I like carrying big bags around, because I am one of those people who bring everything around, and I focused on practicality when designing the bags," explained Nichkhun.

A photo wall event was held prior to the official event, where Nichkhun was seen getting the support of his fellow idol members, including 2AM's Jo Kwon as well as Sun Mi, Fei, Jia, Kim Chang Ryeol, Park Ji Yoon and more.

During the course of the fashion show, Nichkhun was reportedly seen modeling all of his bags himself. The artist even made a surprise visit to a pop-up store located on the 1^st floor of the department store, where he was seen holding a fan event.

Despite the success of his new handbag line, Nichkhun still feels that he needs more practice, which hopefully he'll achieve by designing more in the near future.

"I still have a long way to go as a designer. But, I am happy that I expressed my idea and concept very well," stated Nichkhun.
