Lauren Conrad Guide To Weddings! ‘The Hills’ Star Talks Diet And Workout, Gift Ideas And Releases Paper Crown Bridesmaid Dress In Time For William Tell Wedding Date

Here is a list of all things wedding related, approved by Lauren Conrad! If you just got engaged and want to emulate ‘The Hills’ star’s diet and workout, gift ideas and wardrobe, this article should get you all riled up! With her wedding to William Tell set in September, Lauren Conrad also released a bunch of pretty Paper Crown bridesmaid dresses. She made things simpler for you!

Lauren Conrad, 28, graced the cover of Martha Stewart Weddings’ fall issue. With her wedding date set in September, ‘The Hills’ star dished out ideas, tips and secrets to planning the most beautiful wedding to take place on the west coast.

Here’s a list of everything wedding related to make you look and feel as wonderful as Lauren Conrad on the magazine cover:

1. Go Against the Grain

According to Daily Mail, Laguna Beach native looked amazing in “a blush-colored strapless gown with gold embroidery while her friends stand by her side in white gowns”. Way to turn tradition on its head! Instead of the same-old white wedding dress, by dressing all your bridesmaids in white, you’ll look even more breath-taking in the sun-kissed look.

2. Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

Lauren Conrad may seem like a hyper perfectionist when it comes to wedding décors, dresses and coordination, but she definitely takes a more relaxed approach in other areas. For her diet and workout routine, as well as managing her unruly bridesmaids, she admits that she takes things as they come.

“I'm letting the girls do whatever they want,” she said in the interview with the magazine. “Understated is always best, so I think trying to go more classic is always a nice choice.”

Also, denying yourself of all your pleasures leading up to the wedding can be stressful instead of being rewarding. ‘The Hills’ star knows how to keep herself happy, even as she watches her diet and plans her workout.

“I really love food. I'm not good at dieting. I try to make smart choices but just eat a little bit less,” she told People earlier this month.

According to Daily Mail, “The bride-to-be added that she is not a fan of the gym,” so she prefers to increase activity in her day-to-day life by taking full advantage of the outdoorsy Californian lifestyle. Goodbye workouts!

3. Comfort is Key

Lauren Conrad dated her to-be husband William Tell since 2012 and got engaged last October. Ever meeting that person that makes her feel really at home, she decided that comfort is key, even in wedding planning.

“I think that weddings are about celebrating, and you want everyone to feel comfortable. 'So I think it's about whatever is going to make them feel pretty.”

And instead of going all crazy trying to find the dresses for everyone, Lauren Conrad designed a whole slew of bridesmaid dresses for her line Paper Crown. Way to take the matter into your own hand.

Congratulations to Lauren Conrad and William Tell!
