BoA will be making her highly anticipated comeback this fall.

The Korean pop superstar released the album cover for her eighth Japanese studio album "Who's Back?" today, garnering even more interest for her return to the music industry.

"'Who's Back' is finally in my hands. Album will drop on the 3^rd," BoA wrote on her Instagram yesterday, according to the Korean publication Tenasia.

It will be four years and seven months since BoA made music for her fans. Her most recent album was "Identity," which was released in 2010.

27-year-old BoA debuted back in 2000 and has made a name for herself as one of Korea's top idol stars. BoA's ability to speak Japanese, English and Mandarin has contributed to her international success.

Despite her early success, BoA's life in the entertainment industry as a teenager didn't come without hardships.

"BoA debuted an at early age and grew out her hair [while doing entertainment activities]. One day, the seniors dragged her to the bathroom and pulled at her hair, asking her why she grew out her hair," explained BoA's mother Sung Young Ja during an appearance the Korean program "Good Morning."

She continued, "BoA had a very hard time whenever stuff like that happened. However, the principal said, 'BoA is active as a celebrity, so please understand. Fortunately, the love and care around BoA gave her strength."

BoA has flourished during her 14 years in the Korean pop industry, even making her debut in the U.S. with her single "Eat You Up" and her album "BoA," which was released in 2009.

Although BoA dropped out of school early on due to her difficulties within the environment, she has continued on with her studies.

"BoA studied at an overseas school and passed the qualification exam for middle school within two weeks.  For high school, she passed the qualification exam within three months.  She prepared the groundwork that enabled her to promote after a quick education," BoA's older brother Kwon Soon Hwon stated, according to Allkpop.
