B.A.P Says ‘Excuse Me’ To Other Artists As They Top Japanese Music Charts

The idol members of B.A.P have worked their magic once again.

The six-member boy band topped Japan's Tower Record Chart the day it released its fourth single "Excuse Me," according to the Korean publication Osen Entertainment.

The single was released in three different versions and all of them were seen on the Tower Record Online Daily Sales Chart at No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4. B.A.P's new single release also ranked No. 1 for sales that were made offline and online as well, according to the media outlet.

The group had expressed shock when they initially began gaining recognition in Japan, stating "We have never been to Japan or performed there, but we had to add one more date because the tickets for the first date were sold out," according to the Korea Times.

It seems they've successfully kept their Japanese fans very interested.

The Japanese version of "Excuse Me" still embodies B.A.P's unique musical charisma along with the traditional hip-hop style of the original Korean version of the track.

"Excuse Me" is a part of their third mini-album in Korea titled "Badman" and has gained immense popularity and love from fans in Korea, which led the way for the track to officially become a single in Japan.

In celebration of the release of their new Japanese single, B.A.P held a free-live concert event at Japan's Luhwa Grand Stadium located inside the La Jona Gawasaki Plaza.

Aside from the Tower Record Chart, B.A.P was seen ranking No. 2 on the Oricon Daily Single Chart along with Korean pop superstar BoA, according to Allkpop.

B.A.P had previously topped major music charts with their Japanese debut album "Warrior" as well as their other albums "One Shot" and "No Mercy."

A Japanese version of music video for "Excuse Me" will be released as well. Unlike their previous music video, EXO will be amping the "raw manliness" is this new version.

"What we do to live up to our name, 'best, absolute, perfect,' I think will decide our present and future," stated Young-jae.
