iKON Bobby Wins 'Show Me The Money 3'

YG Entertainment rookie Bobby (Kim Ji Won) is the champion of “Show Me The Money 3.”

On September 4, he defeated his opponents on the hip hop competition “Show Me The Money 3,” following news that he would be a guaranteed member in the new YG Entertainment male group iKON.

In the final round, Bobby competed against C Jamm, who was on Team SanE and Swings, as well as Iron (Team YDG).

Bobby competed on “Show Me The Money 3” with fellow iKON and Team B from “WIN” member B.I.

Both B.I and Bobby will participate as the finalized members of iKON on the upcoming reality program “Mix & Match.” “Mix & Match” is a follow up to “WIN” or “Who is Next?” which will determine the final members of YG Entertainment soon-to be released male group iKON.

Although, B.I was eliminated from the program during earlier rounds, Bobby held his own against strong opponents.

As a member of illionaire record's Team Dok2 and the Quiett, Bobby demonstrated his competency as both a lyricist and rapper. During the competition, Bobby performed “GO” which can be found on the illionaire record's compilation album “11:11.” Dok2 and the Quiett will be performing in New York City at B.B. King's on September 5 as part of the Asian Music Festival illionaire Records showcase.

In addition to Bobby and B.I, YG Entertainment was represented on the program with Masta Wu and Epik High's Tablo, who were mentors on the program.

With this win, Bobby has demonstrated his potential as one of the hottest rappers at YG Entertainment.
