This is odd for Lisa for many reasons. 1) Lisa has owned 26 restaurants so she should know how the industry works! 2) Vanderpump is rich! As one of teh highest paid Housewives on Bravo, Lisa could spring to pay at least %20. Vanderpump and her husband Todd Ken reportedly ordered a ton of food and drinks and stayed for several hours." If you can afford to splurge on the entire menu, then you must be ready to pay a service fee. Lisa knows that!

Maybe Lisa needs the money after shelling out $100K in a sexual harassment court case regarding her Villa Blanca eatery. Or maybe it was just an oversight by Lisa. Either way, it is gross behavior by the Brit and her hubby.

According to RadarOnline, Lisa and her husband were also not very well behaved in the restaurant. The Real Housewives of Orange County star reportedly, "comes into Bar on 4 quite often," the source said. "She is always loud, and doesn't treat any of the staff with respect." 

Lisa is currently filming season 5 of Housewives. Lisa peviously said she wouldn't return because of the way last season of Housewives played out. But then Lisa wrote on Twitter "Well ok...Five has always been my lucky number, so we will see. #RHOBH" followed by "Let the games begin."
