The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star was assaulted and nearly knocked to the ground by a n insane fan during a Paris Fashion Week event.

Kim accompanied by Kanye and Kris Jenner arrived for a show at Paris Fashion Week on September 25 and several hundred people including a crew of photographers were gathered to watch them arrive.

As soon as Kim gets out of the car wearing a sunning Balmain dress, a crazy fan jumped at her, tackles her legs and attempts to pull Kim to the ground. 58-year-old Kris Jenner, Kim's mom who stepped out of the car after Kim was alarmed by the attack on Kim, she yelled, "stop it" while security immediately jumped in, overpowered the attacker and quickly escorted Kim and Kris into the building. Kanye West, the 37-year-old rapper who got out of the car from the other side too was welcomed by screaming fans but we are sure he was unhappy about the attack on Kim. Kim is apparently fine though she has not publicly commented on the situation. She has Instagramemd many pics of herself in Paris.

According to TMZ, there are chances that the attacker may be the Ukrainian prankster, Vitalii Sediuk who also lunged at Will Smith, Brad Pitt and Leo DiCaprio. Sediuk's rep confirmed that he is the one responsible for lunging at Kim.

Though he was arrested on the scene, sources close to Kardashian say the paparazzi held Sediuk down while the KUWTK star was escorted into the building.

While on a date with Kanye, Kim looked stunning in a tight white dress. The pair also brought their adorable 1-year-old daughter North West to Balenciaga's runway show. At the fashion show, the family sat front row looking very cute. Apparently the incident hasn't affected their spirit.
