After the controversy over the audio files of JYJ members swearing against Sasaeng(Stalker) fans, a media group has been sued by JYJ.

Today, it has been revealed that JYJ has sued the media who stated that JYJ had asked for a hundred million dollars for combined damages from Sasaeng fans.

JYJ's lawyer stated that the files that were released were released illegally and without confirmation as to whether or not the evidence was true. The media has been sued for invasion of privacy.

This case has been running for 3 months, but after much discussion, they have decided to cancel the case and file again under a civil suit.

Back in March, one media group released files and revealed that JYJ had assaulted their fans. JYJ's agency commented that the media had most likely released these claims in order to damage the group's image.
