2PM Nichkhun, who had been caught with a DUI and a car accident, has been released from the police today.

According to a JYP Entertainment official, Nichkhun made his way to the police station for additional questioning and was released shortly after.

JYP Entertainment has also come to terms with the other party on Tuesday.

Nichkhun will currently be taking a short break from the music scene.
