'Haeeunde Lovers' Watching Rate Ranks Higher than 'Big'

According to AGB Nilson Media, "Haeundae Lovers" that was aired on Monday had greater watching rate (9.8%) than the Monday-Tuesday drama "Big" that was aired on the 4th (7.9%).

On the episode, the Seoul district public prosecutor Lee Taesung (Kim Kangwoo) and Uncle Susan's manager Go Sora (Jo Yeojung) met for the first time. The character details of Hotel vice president Choi Junhyuk (Jung Sukwon) and Lee Taesung's fan Yoon Sena (Nam Kyuri) was added to drag the viwer's attention.

Soyeon, who was asked to drop out from the show because of the rumor relating to former T-ARA member Hwayoung, appeared as a trouble maker girl who stole money from her father and ran to Seoul from Busan. Even though it was a small part, Soyeon couldn't manage to deliver the lines properly.

There remained a split opinion about Soyeon's acting. Some said "How could a public channel ignore the voice of the viewers?" "Boram's mom was on the show too," "how could they let the bully go?" and showed hate towards her. Others said "it was okay for the first time" "nothings sure about the bullying" and defended Soyeon.

MBC "Golden Time" dropped 1.0% than the episode aired on the 31st last month and ranked 13.2%.
