Kim Hyun Joong and TVXQ have taken over the Oricon charts.

Kim Hyun Joong and TVXQ have ranked 3rd and 4th respectively on the July Oricon Weekly Charts. Kim Hyun Joong's new album, HEAT, has sold 196,850 copies and has ranked 3rd place. On the first day of the album's release he had already sold 14,000 copies and ranked number 1 on the Oricon Daily Chart. Within the first week he sold 183,000 copies and was still ranked number 1 on the weekly chart.

On July 11, TVXQ released their single album, ANDROID, which sold 171, 554 copies an ranked 4th on the chart. With this album on the charts, this totaled their 11th time placing first on the single cart and first for a foreign artist to break a record.

Kim Hyun Joong is currently filming for his new drama, "Conquest of the City" and TVXQ will be attending the 'SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR' concert on August 18.
