Shia LaBeouf Dating ‘House Of Cards’ Star Kate Mara? Couple Spotted Together After Actress Splits With Ex-Boyfriend Max Minghella

Are Shia LaBeouf and Kate Mara dating?

The pair certainly looked cozy over the weekend. The actors were spotted hanging out in Disneyland in California on Sunday.

According to the Daily Mail, LaBeouf and Mara walked around the theme park with their arms wrapped around each other. The two appeared to be having a blast as they enjoyed the afternoon with a young friend. The pair even split a bag of popcorn.

How sweet?

While the couple appeared to be having a romantic outing, the actors were recently cast opposite each other in the upcoming film "Man Down."

IMDB.com describes the film as a thriller centered on "a haunted Afghanistan war veteran" as he "attempts to come to terms with his past while searching for his family in a post-apocalyptic America.

So, perhaps LaBeouf and Mara were just getting into character.

Mara, perhaps known by most for her role as reporter Zoe Barnes in the Netflix series "House of Cards," split from longtime boyfriend, "The Social Network" actor Max Minghella, earlier this year. The two had reportedly dated for four years.

"Max and Kate have broken up and gotten back together a few times over the course of their relationship, but this one looks like it's sticking," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. "The relationship just ran its course."

As for LaBeouf, the actor previously dated his "Nymphomaniac Vol. II" co-star Mia Goth.

LaBeouf's life has been rather turbulent over the past few years. He was accused of plagarism in late 2013 and, early this summer, he was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing after disturbing a performance of "Caberet" at the Studio 54 theatre in New York City.

The actor recently opened up about the events on the "Ellen Show."

"Jail was quite scary ... I was there for, it felt like forever, I think 24 hours 25 hours ... I really went all the way with it they put a Hannibal mask on me and a led jacket. It was very scary," admitted LaBeouf.

LaBeouf credits his mom for helping to force him back on the right track. "That's my girl," said the actor. "She called me. It's been a process. I'm quite stubborn and an only child, it's just been me and her."

"She was mom and dad," added the actor. "We've had it all. Now I'm on the right path. Thank you, mom."
