'Infinite Challenge' Yoo Jae Suk Is Amazingly Funny In His Parody Of Taeyang's 'Eyes, Nose, Lips'

Yoo Jae Suk is garnering positive attention from K-Pop fans with his recent parody of Big Bang Taeyang’s hit “Eyes, Nose, Lips.” While Yoo Jae Suk is not the first person to provide a cover or parody of “Eyes, Nose, Lips,” the improvement of his vocal skills led netizens and K-Pop fans to take notice of his version of the song.

Yoo Jae Suk is considered one of the leading variety show hosts in Korea, with hosting responsibilities that include “Infinite Challenge” and “Running Man.” Yoo Jae Suk also gained international attention beyond his Korean variety show appearances after appearing in the videos for PSY’s viral video “Gangnam Style” followed by an appearance in the music video for the 2013 release “Gentleman.” The comedian is often referred to by the nickname “The Grasshopper.”

Yoo Jae Suk touched on numerous aspects of Taeyang’s “Eyes, Nose, Lips” video during his radio show parody. While Taeyang garnered attention for his bare-chested appearance in the video, Yoo Jae Suk dons a flesh-colored shirt, with a large chain and fake tattoo. The fiery effects on the background screen towards the end of the song help to add to the atmosphere of the parody.

Audiences have responded warmly to the parody with one of the top comments on YouTube from the user essenceofsoul27. This user stated “Wow he did a great job...I wonder if he’s been taking vocal lessons.” “Eyes, Nose, Lips” was originally released on June 2 but the song continues to generate attention through covers and through parody, with the latest edition from Yoo Jae Suk one of the brilliant of the lot.
