The Deadpool movie is all set and fans are already speculating who else is in the film. As Fox declared that the Merc with the mouth's movie is aligned with the X-men movie universe they can definitely feature some of their characters or introduce new ones.

Deadpool has lived a colorful comic book life and some of his interactions, hostile or otherwise with the Marvel characters have become classics. The fans who clamored for the movie definitely have more to say about the film since they feel like social media clamor is partially responsible for the film (finally!) getting the greenlight.

The movie fan page Movie Pilot has surveyed the fanboys and this is the roster that they want:

Wolverine - "If Wolverine was to show up in the Deadpool movie, it would become ten times more awesome! Even if it was just for a little bit (as long as that little bit was a fight sequence between Wolverine, Deadpool, and an insane amount of disposal henchmen)."

Fox is still trying to dissipate the nightmare that was "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" from the moviegoers' memory. This is one thing they have to erase. Having the original cast (Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman would reprise their roles) would do the trick. There are rumblings that the reason for the early release date of Deadpool (February 12, 2016) is to make sure that Jackman is still active as Logan. He might hang up the claws after the Wolverine sequel.

Domino - "Everyone's favorite bad-ass mercenary. She's been a part of Deadpool's life for as long as anyone can remember, mostly as the butt of his many boob-related jokes."

No surprise here and the last part probably seals the deal. Deadpool and Domino could be a match made in mutant heaven if only for the next character.

Cable - Definitely a part of the next phase of the X-Men. It's also possible that they will finally give the green light for the X-Force movie which already has a script. Cable should be the leader of the next generation of mutants.

Spider Man - a pipe dream, but Spidey and Deadpool have had their moments.

There is no assurance that we will see any of them in the Deadpool movie but Fox knows it's not wise to go against the tide.
