f(x) member Sulli is making her appearance on the big screen and will appear in public for the first time since going on hiatus earlier this summer.

After being on hiatus since the month of July, Sulli is going to attend the upcoming VIP movie premiere and press conference for the new Korean film 'Fashion King' on October 31st.

Following the revelation that she is indeed dating K-Pop rap star Choiza, after months of rumors suggesting the two were an item, Sulli reportedly decided to halt her promotions with f(x) and retreat from the limelight for a bit.

One insider told Korean media outlets, "Sulli has great affection toward her movie and therefore has a strong will to participate in the first promotional event of 'Fashion King'."

In the film, Sulli will appear as Kwak Eun Jin, a character who does not care about how she looks. What is most important for her is that she gets straight A's in her classes.

Sulli will also work with Joo Won, Park Se Young, Ahn Jae Hyun, and Kim Sung Oh for the project. After School member Nana will also make a cameo appearance in the movie.

While the movie has the same title from the 2012 SBS drama series 'Fashion King,' the plotline has been confirmed to be different.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on November 6th.
