Lena Dunham Hair 2014 [UPDATE]: “Girls” Star Dyes Locks Mint Green For ‘Not That Kind Of Girl’ Tour

Lena Dunham's hair has had quite an adventure over the course of 2014.

After cutting her locks down to an adorably short bob and then dying her hair platinum blonde, the "Girls" creator has now gone mint green.

"Newly minted for the Canadian leg of the tour thanks to @tanneyb @rheannewhite," wrote Dunham alongside the photo of her colorful style.

As indicated by the caption, Dunham is gearing up to take her "Not That Kind of Girl" book tour to Canada. Since releasing the collection of personal essays on Sept. 30, the television star has travelled the U.S., promoting the book as well as the efforts of Planned Parenthood, an organization whose work is near and dear to her heart.

"They've been with me at every stop and we haven't had any protesters, which means either times are changing or the tour wasn't well publicized," joked Dunham at the concluding event for the U.S. leg of her book tour, which took place in Brooklyn (via Salon.com).

The 28-year-old urged the attendees to vote in the midterm elections this November in order to help women who live below the poverty line.

"We want change, we are change, so we have to vote," insisted Dunham.

As for Dunham's hair, the writer made headlines earlier in 2014 when she decided to dye her bob platinum blonde. The trendy move earned her raves as well as negative reviews from fashion critics.

"Change is good," Dunham captioned a photo of her transformed tresses.

Now that Dunham has opted for even more change in 2014, fans will undoubtedly be keeping their eyes peeled for more photo of the star's mint-green 'do.
