Author Stephen King's Spooky Stay At "America's Most Haunted Hotel"

In September of 1974, author Stephen King and his wife checked into the Stanley Hotel where they were the only guests before it shut down for the winter. In the room #217, King dreamt of his 3-year-old son running through the halls screaming. When King woke up, he came up with the idea for the novel "The Shining".
