The Moon Embracing The Sun, also known as The Sun and the Moon, aired in 2012 and starred Kim Soo Hyun and Han Ga In. It tells of a secret, poignant love story between a fictional king of the Joseon Dynasty and a female shaman. The Princess' Man was aired in 2011 with Park Si Hoo and Moon Chae Won playing the lead roles. It is said to be the Joseon version of Romeo and Juliet, which tells the story of a forbidden romance between the daughter of King Sejo and the son of Sejo's political opponent.
