It looks like the romance between Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin may have come to an end.

According to a source who spoke with E! News, the "Hunger Games" actress, 24, and her Coldplay beau, 37, have reportedly broken up after dating for at least four months.

It remains unclear what caused the split between Lawrence and Martin, who became instant media magnets when sources began reporting on their relationship in late June.

Jennifer had just split from her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult at the time, the actor with whom she co-starred in the "X-Men" films. Meanwhile, Martin announced the end of his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow in March after over ten years of marriage.

Lawrence and Martin's relationship has been a low-key whirlwind. Despite their effort to avoid being caught together on camera, Lawrence was photographed at a King of Leon concert during which Martin made a surprise appearance earlier this month. The "American Hustle" actress was also spotted backstage at the iHeart Radio Festival in September, while her British boyfriend and his band Coldplay performed.

Lawrence was also snapped exiting a private jet with Martin after the iHeart Radio fest.

Both Lawrence and Martin recently purchased homes in the Los Angeles area. JLaw bought a house in Beverly Hills, while Martin reportedly moved in to a Malibu residence down the street from his ex, Paltrow.

Martin and Paltrow remain friendly after "consciously uncoupling." They have been photographed going out to dinner on several occasions, as well as spending time together with their daughter Apple and son Moses.

Paltrow has since moved on with "Glee" creator Brad Falchuk.
