However, a source tells HollywoodLife.com that "Kim hasn't revealed to anyone that she is pregnant and isn't showing any signs that she is at all." However, the KUWTK star is telling her friends that she and Kanye "would like to be" pregnant "by Christmas."

On November 1, Kim sported a sleek, gorgeous blue gown that hugged her body like saran wrap displaying her curvy, hourglass figure especially the tiny baby bump on her abdomen.

This came as a surprise especially since just days earlier on October 29, Kim was showing off her slim waist and tummy on Instagram as she experimented with waist training.
