EXO’s D.O (Do Kyung Soo) appears on the original soundtrack for his film “Cart.” Part one of the soundtrack was digitially released on November 3 and features the EXO member on the mournful track ‘Scream' or 'Crying Out.'

“Cart” marks the film debut for D.O who previously won over audiences as Kang Woo, the schizophrenic alternate personality of writer Jang Jae Yeol in the hit drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love.” D.O portrays Choi Tae Young, a supporting role in the film.

On “Scream,” D.O demonstrates his potential as a solo artist, who has developed a deeper emotional range which extends into his vocal performance.

Set within a grocery store, “Cart”’ provides social commentary on the tribulations faced by part-time workers in Korea. After temporary workers are wrongfully dismissed by their employer, they lead impassioned protests which call attention to the conditions that surround temporary employees.

“Cart” is directed by Boo Ji Young. “Cart” stars Yeom Jeong Ah (The Spies) and Moon Jung Hee (Hide and Seek).

The film is scheduled for release on November 13 and received positive attention during its screening at the 19th Busan International Film Festival.
