According to instyle.co.uk, Kate Middleton's fashion sense has taken a turn recently, towards a "a younger, more fashion forward approach to royal dressing. Hemlines are shorter, fabrics slightly sheerer."

Yahoo! News reports that Kate Middleton has reportedly been turning to 27-year-old Kensington Palace PA, Natasha Archer- known as 'Tash' around the palace - for style advice. The Duchess' new stylist has also been a Personal Secretary at The Royal Household for the past seven years - although she's only been working with the Duchess since this year.

"Initially Kate was a reluctant fashion icon, but now she enjoys it. Tash helps source some of the clothes. She shops a lot for Kate online, and calls in hundreds of dresses for Kate to try on," a source told Vanity Fair.

"She has persuaded Kate to take some more risks. The hemlines are shorter and Kate's really pushing the boat out in the fashion stakes."
