Paul Wesley and Marnette Patterson dated from 2004 to 2005 after meeting on the set of beach comedy "Cloud 9." Patterson is known for her appearances on "Charmed" season 8 as Billie Jenkins' (Kaley Cuoco) elder sister, Christy.

Torrey DeVito

The brunette beauty not only dated the actor but also got his last name on paper. Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVito both starred in "Killer Movie." They dated from 2007 to 2011 before tying the knot in April 2011 in a private ceremony. They announced their divorce in 2013.

DeVito played the role of Meredith Fell in "The Vampire Diaries." She previously implied that working with her ex-husband might not be easy but later took back what she said.

"I had such a great time working with [Wesley], and it was so amazing. I totally take back everything I said. We just have such a mutual respect for each other, and a similar work ethic," she said.

DeVito is now rumored to be engaged with surfer Carlos Munoz.

Nina Dobrev

"The Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley also admitted that his favorite scene from the series was the first time Stefan and Elena made love (Season 1). Wesley considered the scene "symbolic" because Elena accepted Stefan despite him being a vampire.

Phoebe Tonkin

Paul Wesley and Phoebe Tonkin's relationship made its debut on July 2013. Tonkin originally starred in "The Vampire Diaries" as werewolf Hayley Marshall but later moved on to the series spin-off, "The Originals."
