The Gangnam District has announced that starting on September 4, Super Junior will be the honorary ambassadors for Gangnam.

Stars such as Rain and Girls' Generation have been past ambassadors for Gangnam. This time, Super Junior will have the privilege to hold this title.

They are now calling Gangnam the 'Hallyu Star Street' and have made Gangnam 'the mecca for Hallyu Travel.'

They are also planning to appoint singer Psy as an honorary ambassador as well in the near future.
